COVID-19 is challenging us all. The coronavirus has crept into the everyday life of each one of us and we are all called to adjust our behaviour to the situation. Many of our clients have had to either cancel or postpone their conferences. The drastic measures being undertaken by our government affect us all but they are necessary and rational.

We have also undertaken the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our employees, to secure their jobs and at the same time, to continue to be available to all our clients and to answer all your questions.

We have therefore adjusted our internal processes to adapt to this special situation:

Our team is now working primarily from home office and we aim to maintain our usual business service level.

You can reach us during the following working hours:

Monday – Thursday from 09.00 to 16.00
Friday from 09.00 – 15.00
