At the beginning of the journey, the focus was on creating the foundations for efficient workflows in which the team spirit is maintained despite physical distance. Interdisciplinary meetings, more flexible working and a continuous exchange of ideas led to the development of new concepts and the set-up of alternative processes within a very short period of time.

The second step consisted of an intensive market research and examination of technical solutions and providers that optimally reflect the changed needs of our customers. Within the framework of intensified and newly established partnerships, we look back on 22 successful digital congresses that are very diverse in their layout and appearance. With the experience gained, we have been able to serve our clients as reliable advisor and realise a highly professional event organisation and execution in these unusual times.

Just like in the live congress business, ››one size fits all‹‹ is really not an option for us. That's why we put together highly individualised solutions for our customers that address the respective topic in a target group-oriented manner while keeping all relevant stakeholders in mind.

The challenge was huge, the resulting changes have profoundly transformed both our way of working and output – and will for sure continue to be the basis for successful event organisation in the future. As an agency, we have grown from the task and emerge from the crisis stronger focusing on the key achievements:
